1. Operator and basic definitions
The CRYSTALIQ online catalogue is operated by GSM Europe s.r.o., Mierové námestie 8, 911 01 Trenčín, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 50545141. The contact email for retail inquiries and general communication is info@crystaliq-shop.com.
These terms govern the use of crystaliq-shop.com, submission of quote requests, order confirmation, delivery of goods, and the basic rights and obligations of customers.
A customer may be a consumer or a business customer submitting an inquiry for products, product series, or B2B cooperation through the website.
2. Nature of the CRYSTALIQ website
CRYSTALIQ operates as an online catalogue of handcrafted crystal glass with a quote basket. The website does not include an online payment gateway or automatic checkout.
Product presentation, prices, and availability are informative. For selected products, the final price or availability may be confirmed individually after the request is submitted.
Products are made and finished using artisan glassmaking techniques. Slight variations in handwork, cutting, optical qualities, or individual details are a natural part of handcrafted glass and do not automatically constitute a defect.
3. Quote basket and order confirmation
The customer selects products and quantities and submits a quote form. Submitting a request does not constitute payment or automatic conclusion of a purchase contract.
After receiving the request, we contact the customer by email to confirm availability, final price, delivery options, potential B2B or individual terms, and the next steps.
An order becomes binding only once CRYSTALIQ confirms the offer and the customer accepts it, or by another clear confirmation agreed in email communication.
4. Prices, payment, and invoicing
If a product price is displayed, it is a retail price. Shipping and any individual services are calculated after the request is submitted.
Payment does not take place via online checkout. After order confirmation, the customer receives an invoice or payment instructions according to the agreed sales process.
For B2B orders, larger quantities, product adjustments, personalisation, or custom production, pricing is agreed individually.
5. Delivery and receipt of goods
Retail B2C orders are usually delivered via Packeta or another agreed delivery method. B2B orders and larger projects are arranged individually.
Glass is packed with a strong focus on safety. Upon receipt, the customer should inspect the parcel and document any visible transport damage immediately with the carrier and with us.
If damage is found after unpacking, please send photos of the packaging, filling material, shipping label, and damaged product to info@crystaliq-shop.com as soon as possible.
6. Consumer withdrawal from contract
For distance contracts, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to customer specifications, personalised products, or goods adjusted or produced to order.
Returned goods must be complete, undamaged, and safely packed. The customer is responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature and properties of the goods.
7. Complaints and liability for defects
Rights arising from defects and the complaint procedure are described in the separate Complaints Policy available on this website.
A complaint can be submitted by email to info@crystaliq-shop.com or in writing to the operator's registered address. For fragile products, we recommend including photo documentation.
8. B2B cooperation and custom production
Company orders, larger quantities, hospitality projects, gift programmes, custom adjustments, and product development are prepared individually according to the brief.
B2B cooperation may be subject to separate pricing, production, logistics, and complaint terms agreed in an offer, order, or contract. B2B inquiries can be submitted through the B2B page or via miro@gsm-eu.com.
9. Personal data and cookies
Information about personal data processing, data subject rights, and cookies is provided in the separate Privacy Policy.
10. Alternative dispute resolution
If a consumer is not satisfied with the handling of a complaint or believes their rights have been violated, they may contact the seller with a request for remedy.
If the seller rejects the request or does not respond within the statutory period, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the competent authority, in particular the Slovak Trade Inspection.
11. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Matters not expressly regulated by these terms are governed by applicable legal regulations.
The operator may update these terms. For a specific order, the version effective at the time of order confirmation is decisive.
